Our 5 Favorite Nashville Bars

Without a doubt, Nashville has a top shelf bar scene. Condensing our favorite spots down to five was a challenge, but we hope that this quick list inspires you to hit the town and visit some of Nashville’s gems.

5. The Greenhouse Bar

Whatever the occasion, this bar will fulfill all of your plantasies. A casual catch up with an old friend? A date? The seating and bounty of plants offer cozy privacy while you sip on delicious cocktails and local beers, ciders, and more. We recommend checking out their seasonal cocktail menu–we tried a berry mule that was out of this world!

4. Attaboy

If you’re up for an adventure, this speakeasy is for you. Their expert mixologists will whip up a cocktail based on your typical flavor preferences. Just tell the bartender what your go-to drink is, and they’ll make something similar, but often with an added twist. We went on a Thursday evening and avoided crazy weekend waits. The staff was wonderful and ensured that each of us ended up with a cocktail that we loved.

3. Pinewood Social

Pinewood is another versatile joint that we frequent. Whether you need to crank out some work, want to hit one of the best brunches in town, or want to hit the bowling alley, Pinewood is the spot for you. Both their food and drink menus are some of Nashville’s best. Be sure to keep your eyes out for Jess and Willow at the community table!

2. White Limousine

Whether you’re visiting Nashville or have earned “native” status, White Limousine is definitely worth checking out. Decked to the nines in Dolly-inspired decor, the Graduate Hotel is also dripping in historic items from Nashville’s past.

1. Flamingo Cocktail Club

Dancing? Check. Boppin’ music? Check. Delicious cocktails? Check check check. Flamingo is our favorite spot in town for a night on the town. This massive disco ball hanging over the dance floor says it all. Of all the partying spots in Nashville, Pinewood is at the very top of our list. With a fully stocked bar, their bartenders are experts in whipping up most drinks you could imagine.
