To give you a clearer picture of our application process, we've divided it into three parts:

1. Written application: This is your chance to introduce yourself, highlight your skills, and showcase your enthusiasm for the role.  Click the “Apply Now” button to submit this form.

2. Video application: Once we’ve reviewed your written application and determined it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you to create three short videos answering a few questions. This is a fantastic opportunity to let your personality shine, providing insights beyond what's captured on paper. Share your experiences, ambitions, and why you're excited about joining our team.

3. Zoom interview: Once we’ve reviewed your video application, we may be in touch to set up a 20-minute Zoom interview. This step is about diving deeper into your background, experiences, and how you'd contribute to our team. It's a chance for you to ask questions too, and for us to discuss the role in more detail.

1. A friendly and inviting personality who can hold conversation well in 60 and 90-minute cocktail classes.

2. Someone who takes initiative and can follow instructions.

3. Someone tidy and organized, who can create a clean and aesthetic set up before the class, and clean up quickly and effectively after the class.

4. Some bartending experience is preferable. However, we will train you, so no need to be an expert mixologist yet!

5. Any necessary state licensing to serve alcohol.

6. Weekend availability and flexibility (You will be requested for classes through our scheduling app. You can confirm or deny jobs based on your availability).

1. Pay is either $80 or $100 per one hour class, depending on the city you’re located. For long commutes or longer classes, you will be compensated and an increased rate will be discussed ahead of the event. You will keep all tips.

2. You will be a part-time 1099 independent contractor. Classes are not on a consistent schedule, therefore we are unable to guarantee a set number of hours or monthly classes. However, as they book, you are able to sign up for those that work with your personal schedule!
